Thank you for your interest in MAPS (Mega Achievement Productivity Systems) coaching. We are pleased that you are interested in learning more about becoming a BOLD Coach with our award winning organization. Download the Application.

 Minimum Criterion for Consideration and Application:

  • A candidate is a Keller Williams associate
  • Attended and successfully completed BOLD a minimum of 4 times
  • Agent coaching candidates – unit production of a minimum of 75 transactions closed per year for at least 2 consecutive years; preferably 100 per year
  • A letter of recommendation from each of the following that acknowledges and consents to candidate providing coaching services as a MAPS BOLD coach:
    • Regional Director
    • Operating Principal
    • Team Leader
  • A completed Potential Coach Questionnaire

  • A resume

  • Team Leader coaching candidates have recruited a minimum of 250 agents of which 20% were cappers

  • Operating Principal has recruited a core group of at least 5 people who recruited at least 3 people each

  • Technology coaches have successfully completed a Technology training facilitated by a MAPS Technology coach 

  • Attend Coaching Skills Camp

  • Train the Presenter class completed

  • Advanced Trainer Workshop completed

  • Attend the two day BOLD Coaches Certification Workshop

Once the completed application is received it is then reviewed by MAPS. Consideration is also given prior to MAPS moving forward to assure the candidate is in alignment with the Keller Williams MVVBP.

All BOLD coach candidates selected to move forward in the coach application process will be invited to audition live. The candidate will be emailed audition material and informed of audition time and place.

After the candidate has auditioned, received feedback, and approved to proceed in the process from the Director of BOLD, the candidate will then be requested to commit to the following:

  • Participation as a Mastery coaching client with MAPS Coaching 
  • Successfully complete MAPS Language of Sales Group coaching program
  • MAPS BOLD Coaches Guidelines and Standards
  • Participate on the weekly BOLD Coach Calls
  • 24 hour response time with the MAPS staff and clients
  • At least 90 hours of prep time for every scheduled BOLD class
  • Attendance at events including MAPS Coaches Training (Masterminds, Mega Camp, Family Reunion & Coaching Skills Camp)
  • Annual BOLD Coaches Training 
  • Representing and selling MAPS Coaching in the field

Thank you for your potential interest in being a MAPS Coach.  An ideal MAPS Coach candidate is someone who is inspired to help others transform their businesses and lives, and has a track record of excelling in the roles they have been in.

STEPS IN THE PROCESS TO BE APPROVED AS A MAPS COACH:

Step 1:  Confirm you meet the track record performance standards as set forth below for the type of MAPS Coach you are interested in (OP, TL, MCA, Productivity Coach, Agent, Transformational)

Step 2:  If you have met the track record performance standards below for the coaching role of interest, please complete the following:

  • CLICK HERE to complete the Potential Coach Application
  • Email the following information to maps@kw.com
  • A letter of recommendation from your OP & TL that acknowledges and consents to candidate providing coaching services as a MAPS Individual Coach
  • Evidence that you meet the requirements for the coaching role of interest.

Step 3:  Once you meet and complete Steps 1 & 2, MAPS will review and send you a link to register for a 2 Day Workshop Experience where you will:

  • Learn coaching models and techniques that you can take with you that will undoubtedly impact your present business and life
  • Walk away with more confidence and clarity about coaching as a career and what role that may play in your career and future
  • Learn about the opportunities that may be available to you at MAPS based on your experience and goals and how you can benefit both personally and professionally as part of our high performing MAPS Coach Team

Once you have completed all steps of the application process, completed the 2 Day Training Workshop, and a final review of all items has been completed by MAPS, you will be notified of the decision to be a MAPS Coach. The expected time frame to reach the decision stage is 30 days, which requires focus on your part to complete all steps of the application process in a timely manner.


The standards for evaluation of a MAPS Coach candidate track record are as follows:

MAPS AGENT COACH CANDIDATE STANDARDS
All Agent Coach Candidates must meet the following standard.

  • Unit production of a minimum of 75 transactions closed per year for at least 2 years
  • MUST currently be in MAPS Mastery Coaching. 
  • Is a KW Associate and/or has extensive real estate agent coaching experience.

 

MAPS LEADERSHIP COACH CANDIDATE STANDARDS
All Leadership Coach Candidates are required to meet the minimum requirements of the Growth Initiative. 

  • Market Center must be fully utilizing Growth Initiative tools and 4 Conversations.
  • Market Center must have trending growth and profitability. 
  • Have been an OP or TL for at least 3 years. 
  • MUST currently be in MAPS Mastery Coaching. 
  • Is a KW Associate and/or has extensive real estate agent coaching experience.

 

MAPS PRODUCTIVITY COACH CANDIDATE STANDARDS 
All MAPS PC Coach Candidates are required to meet the minimum requirements of the Growth Initiative. 

  • Uphold the MAPS Standard of 50% of all agents in program producing monthly (production defined as a new listing, new under contract or a closing).
  • Create 10 + cappers (or 25% or more, whichever is more) of agent in program to become capping agents in one year.
  • Must be a Productivity Coach for a minimum of 2 years. 
  • Must have attended Coaching Skills Camp, BOLD, Masterminds, Mega Camp, Family Reunion at least once
  • MUST currently be in MAPS Mastery Coaching. 
  • Is a KW Associate and/or has extensive real estate agent coaching experience.

 

MAPS TRANSFORMATIONAL COACH STANDARDS 
All Transformational Coach Candidates must meet the following standards.

An ideal Transformational Coach candidate will possess specific methodologies which allow clients to breakthrough limiting beliefs and other unconscious programs.
