This class is geared towards all agents (Marathon Lead Generation is recommended, but not required) who are setting appointments, yet not converting those appointments into signed agreements.  Richard will walk you through the step by step process he and his team use to make, set and close appointments successfully.  First, you'll learn how to set, and convert a buyer meeting to sign a buyer broker listing agreement.  The buyer meeting is crucial, because it sets the tone for your relationship and yields an exclusive agreement.  Then, you'll learn how to show property to sell, coach your clients to write powerful offers and get your clients calling you to buy homes.  

On the seller side Richard will walk you through his powerful listing presentation, and give you a full class on handling listing objections.  As with Marathon Lead Generation, you won't just memorize scripts, you'll learn the mechanics of scripting that will you to customize your scripting to any situation.  Following that, the class covers the counter offer, request for repair process and other negotiating systems.  Taken together, you'll learn everything from contact to close.
